Hi there, I’m Duong — the heart behind XOII Foods.
As a Vietnamese living in Germany, I’ve always carried with me the warm, soulful flavors of Asian home cooking. XOII was born from a simple wish: to share those familiar, plant-based flavors with more people, no matter where they are. To us, eating chay (vegan) is more than a meal - it’s a quiet, powerful way to bridge cultures, care for the planet, and live with intention.

XOII started with soy-based products, crafted from organic soybeans grown right here in Bavaria. But more than that, we wanted to tell a story — one where East meets West, where traditional cuisine meets modern food science, and where simplicity blends with sustainability.
